Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Storage Winelands website located at
https://storagewinelands.co.za (the “
Site”) and any online services we make available through the Site (collectively, the “
Online Services”). By browsing or using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Site.

do not replace or modify any Storage Agreement you may conclude for a physical storage unit; that contract will set out the rental period, fees, lien rights and other operational terms.

storeaway.co.zaWhere the Site allows you to open an online account, you must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Permitted Use & Prohibited ConductYou agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You
may not:publish, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any Site content for commercial purpose;engage in data mining, scraping, or other automated data-gathering activities;upload or transmit any malware or harmful code;use the Site in a manner that could damage, disable or impair our systems; orviolate applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Online Reservations & PaymentsWhere the Site offers an option to
reserve a unit or pay online:Prices shown are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.A reservation is
not confirmed until we issue written or electronic confirmation.Online payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store full credit-card numbers.You remain responsible for all charges, including any bank or card-issuer fees.Any non-payment may result in suspension of access to your unit and enforcement of our lien rights in accordance with the Storage Agreement.
storageking.co.za6. Intellectual PropertyAll text, graphics, logos, software and other content on the Site is owned by or licensed to Storage Winelands. You receive a
limited, revocable licence to view such material for personal, non-commercial use only; all other rights are reserved. Unauthorised use may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

User Content”) you grant Storage Winelands a
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and adapt that content for any purpose related to our business. You confirm that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

“as is” and “as available”. While we strive for accuracy, we make
no representations or warranties of any kind—express or implied—about the Site’s completeness, reliability, availability or suitability for any purpose. Your use is entirely at your own risk.

will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from or in connection with:your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site;any error or omission in Site content;any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;statements or conduct of any third party on the Site.Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.

indemnify and hold harmless Storage Winelands from any claim, demand, loss or damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

no responsibility for the content or availability of such sites; accessing them is at your own risk.

section 11 of the ECT Act, these Terms are binding and enforceable against all persons who access the Site.

13. Changes to the Site or these TermsWe may
modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice and may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Republic of South Africa. You consent to the
non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts (Western Cape Division) for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
