What are your hours?

Our office is open from 8am to 5pm, but you can enter the facility at any time.

Is the agreement month-to-month, or do I have to sign a long-term lease?

Most contracts is month to month.
11 months payment advance qualify for one month free.

Is the facility climate-controlled? Will my furniture/electronics be safe from humidity?

The containers is waterproof and airtight. For best piece of mind ask for units with electric outlet and install mobile de humidifier.

How secure is storage?

Our facility features state-of-the-art security, including 24/7 CCTV monitoring and access control systems. Your belongings are safe with us. We prioritize security for your peace of mind.

How much notice do I need to give before vacating my unit?

One month.

What happens if I lose my key or forget my gate code?

We use Accentronix to load your number on a authorised list. You can just phone the number provided to get access to the property.
If you need help to remove the lock, you will have to contact management beforehand.

What sizes are available?

We offer a variety of unit sizes to fit your needs, from small lockers to large units. Each size is designed to accommodate different storage requirements. Check our pricing page for more details.

How do I reserve?

Reserving a unit is simple! Just select your desired size, fill out our online form, and confirm your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Is insurance available?

Yes, we offer insurance options to protect your belongings while in storage. Our team can provide you with information on coverage and pricing. It's a great way to ensure peace of mind.

What payment methods accepted?

We accept various payment methods, including bitcoin, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Contact us if you have specific payment questions.

Is there a deposit, and is it refundable?

No deposit needed.

What items are prohibited from storage?

Flammable materials. Chemicals stored in large quantities. Perishable items. Illegal goods. Weapons.

Do you provide locks, or must I bring my own?

Yes, 38 or 40mm padlock work best.

Can multiple people access my unit, and how do I add an authorised user?

Access control at the gate allow for maximum 2 users, you can open the gate if someone need access. Keys you will have to arrange yourself.
However, being a storage unit it will be the exception for multiple parties to access stored goods.
